using the pen tool on psp 8. change the segment type to freehand and the line style to small dash and the width to 1 or 2, depending on what you're outlining. check off simple mode & antialias as well. (:

i love your icons and stuff. their so awesome. i was wondering though, how do you do that dashed line thing that you have on a lot of your icons?
